Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.
Package Your Items
Place your Loop earplugs and original packaging securely in a mailing envelope or small box.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
